What are CBD and hemp foods and how do they work?

CBD foods and hemp foods differ in their composition and effects. CBD foods contain the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD), which is known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties. These products are used to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and support general well-being.

Hemp foods, on the other hand, contain little or no CBD and are mainly made from hemp seeds or hemp oil.
